Return Eligibility
At Xephphim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Plants must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your indoor plant must meet the following conditions:
- The plant must be in its original condition and packaging
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- All original tags and care instructions must be included
- The plant must not show signs of damage caused by improper care
Damaged or Defective Plants
If your plant arrives damaged or appears unhealthy upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@xephphim.world or through our contact page. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged plant to help us process your claim quickly.
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@xephphim.world or visit xephphim.world/contact.html
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the plant securely in its original packaging
- Ship the return to the address provided in your return instructions
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your plant for a different variety, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if the new plant has a higher price.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Plants that have been damaged due to improper care or handling
- Custom or personalized plant arrangements
- Plants that have been removed from their original packaging for more than 48 hours
- Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless otherwise stated)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check your payment account first. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@xephphim.world.
